We want The Love Map to feel worth it. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for your $67 purchase. It's part of our Terms of Service.

If something technical goes wrong

If a technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing or completing your Love Map and we can't resolve it for you, we'll give you a full refund. Just email support@liberate.love and tell us what happened.

If it wasn't right for you

The Love Map is a digital product delivered instantly, so we generally don't offer refunds simply for change of mind once you've completed your interview. That said, we care more about your experience than a single sale. If you feel the experience genuinely didn't deliver what we promised, email us at support@liberate.love within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you.

How to request a refund

Email support@liberate.love from the address you used to purchase, and let us know what happened. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
