Welcome to The Love Map. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Love Map, a digital, AI-guided self-reflection experience operated by Humanity 2.0 LLC, doing business as Liberate.Love ("Liberate.Love," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using The Love Map, you agree to these Terms.
The Love Map is a guided interview, led by an AI guide named Virgil, that helps you reflect on your patterns around love, connection, and belonging and produces a personalized written map of the core stories that shape your relationships. It is a tool for self-reflection and personal insight — nothing more.
The Love Map is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and Virgil is not a licensed professional. Nothing in your session creates a therapeutic or professional relationship. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact emergency services or a crisis line right away. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 24/7.
The Love Map is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use it. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
The Love Map is a one-time purchase of $67 (USD). Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, on Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. You enter your card details directly with Stripe; Liberate.Love receives confirmation of your payment but never receives or stores your full card number. Once payment is confirmed, you receive a private link to begin your map, which you can pause and return to at any time.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
What you share during your interview belongs to you. We process it to generate your map and to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data & AI Use page. We do not sell your responses, and we do not use them to train third-party or foundation AI models.
Please use The Love Map only for your own personal reflection. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or end access for misuse.
Your map is a personalized starting point for reflection. We can't and don't guarantee any particular outcome, result, or change in your relationships or wellbeing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberate.Love is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Love Map. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
